Opel Astra GTC by Irmscher

German tuner Irmscher has announced a tuning kit for the Opel Astra GTC. First up is the engine tuning, whereby Irmscher dials output up on the 1.6 liter turbocharged unit to 220 PS (162 kW / 217 bhp) and 274 Nm (202 lb-ft) of torque from the series 180 PS (132 kW / 177 bhp). Next is the body kit which sees the tuner add its own grille to the GTC, as well a full aerodynamic kit including front spoiler with lip, roof spoiler and a rear diffuser housing the elliptical quad exhaust (fitted by Irmscher). For the ride is a 30 mm suspension lowering and 21-inch wheels wrapped in 245-sized tires, and the inside gets a finish in fine leather and aluminum pedals. Source: Irmscher
